Vic
Vic is an experienced, dedicated Guitar teacher and session musician. He is a Music graduate whose work with the BBC Symphony Orchestra, Craig David, MNEK, Zara Larsson and grammy-nominated A*M*E has meant performances at the biggest of venues and festivals from the Royal Albert Hall, to Glastonbury festival to the o2 arena. He’s also as a result played live on ITV1, BBC3 and BBC Radio 1.
Vic covers North and Central London and is hugely popular with his students due to his smiling, friendly attitude, his thorough approach and his industry-respected performance credentials.
This year sees Vic taking on new students, delivering masterclasses at UK music academies, and playing at all the major festivals in UK and Europe

Isabel
Isabel is an award-winning Portuguese Guitarist who joined Bruce Music in early 2015 while studying for her music degree at London’s renowned BIMM Institute.
She is an experienced Guitar teacher who has taught students of all ages and ability levels. She is brilliant with adults and young children alike and has additionally trained and worked in the SEN (Special Educational Needs) educational sector.
When she was aged just 16, Isabel achieved 3rd place in Shure’s Best Unsigned European Guitarist competition and performed on live television multiple times as a result.
Now a graduate and experienced session Guitarist/live performer, Isabel has played at major Music Festivals Glastonbury, Lollapalooza, SummerSonic and Reading & Leeds with BBC Introducing artist of the year Declan McKenna. This experience has also led to sessions on BBC Live Lounge, Radio 1, Maida Vale and Vevo, as well as TV appearances on “Later With Jools Holland” and “The Late Show” in New York.
This year, Isabel is continuing to develop her Guitar teaching practice, taking on new students and covering new ground with her loyal South West London Bruce Music student base. She’s also playing at many major venues, festivals and TV shows across the UK and Europe.

Daniel V
Daniel V (We have 3 Daniels!) is an international award-winning guitarist, educator and composer, who has both BA and MA degrees in music to his name. He has 9 years experience teaching private Guitar lessons and classroom Music lessons. This experience was gained both here in London and in his native USA, including at The University Of Arizona and Pima Community College. He joined us at Bruce Music when he relocated to London in 2014. Daniel is a highly sought-after teacher due to his professional, personable style and his recognition in the world of Classical Guitar.
As an active performer and session musician, Daniel has been the guitarist in Green Day’s acclaimed broadway musical “American Idiot” and the world famous Flashdance The Musical. He’s also a former winner of both The William Wolfe Guitar Competition and the Leonard & David Shaeffer Memorial Guitar Competition. He’s currently playing Guitar in emerging band HAELOS, with whom he has toured the UK, Europe and Australia. Other performance highlights have been playing Banjo, Mandolin and Lap Steel Guitar for Cabaret the musical, and session guitar for Will Young.
This year, Daniel is expanding his student base, covering East and Central London areas for Bruce Music. Alongside this, he’s performing regularly with various bands and shows, and continuing to build his reputation in the world of Classical Guitar.

Jack
Jack is an experienced and popular Guitar teacher in London. Jack’s fantastic attitude is always noted and his students are always quick learners. He is also an in-demand Acoustic accompanist, with exemplary playing technique. He has toured the UK with various bands and supported huge acts such as the world famous Blondie.
Jack is also well-respected among contemporary acoustic guitarists, specialising in some of the creative, percussive acoustic styles made famous by guitarists like Andy McKee, Jon Gomm and others. He is building a growing online following with his original compositions and creative re-arrangements in this style.
This year sees Jack busy teaching across London, performing across the UK, and continuing to grow his reputation in the world of contemporary acoustic guitar

Nina
Nina is a dedicated guitar teacher and experienced touring musician who is a graduate of Brighton’s Institute of Modern Music. She is currently the lead guitarist for iconic 60’s/70’s rockstar Arthur Brown, who had a UK no.1 single with “Fire”. She has performed on UK and european tours and at festivals including the world famous Glastonbury festival with Arthur Brown’s act “The Crazy World Of Arthur Brown”
Nina’s teaching method draws on her experience at the very forefront of the UK Music Industry. She teaches with a practical, modern approach and her kind, friendly nature makes her a very popular guitar teacher with our students. Her students always see quick results and enjoy their guitar lessons with Nina.
This year will see Nina playing the major venues and festivals on the UK and Europe circuits, with regular work as a London session guitarist her strong reputation continues to grow. Teaching wise, she’ll be covering West, South West and Central London areas for Bruce Music.

Daniel A
Daniel A is a Guitar teacher, session musician and performing artist with ten years experience. He has developed an innovative teaching practice, drawing on his wide range of experiences in the industry. Before joining Bruce Music in 2015, Daniel worked with several respected musical organisations and charities including NCS, The Strings Club, Joy Of Sound, and The Claremont Centre, Islington
He has recorded as a session guitarist at London’s iconic Abbey Road studios and has played live with acts such as Jake Bugg, These New Puritans and Natalie Duncan.
He’s also a proficient multi-instrumentalist, with experience as both teacher on performer on Bass Guitar, Banjo, Mandolin, Ukulele, Harmonica and as a Vocalist.
This year, Daniel is filling up his schedule with students across North, East and Central London and working hard on the circuit as a Singer-Songwriter.

Joakim
Joakim is a Norwegian guitarist, teacher and composer – A music graduate completing a Masters in Jazz at the prestigious Guildhall in 2018. Joakim’s teaching and performance specialisms are in Pop, Rock, Blues, Jazz and Classical guitar styles.
Joakim has 7 years experience as a guitar teacher, ensuring his lessons are tailored to the student, enabling them to fully benefit from every guitar lesson both short and long term. His personable style and friendly nature are always noted and his students make quick progress.
As a performer/composer, Joakim has 10 years experience playing sessions, original material and function gigs around the UK and across Europe. As well as recently releasing an EP, he is regularly seen performing on the London Jazz scene.
This year, Joakim is providing guitar lessons in North London with Bruce Music, alongside completing his Masters at Guildhall, and playing high-end function gigs at the weekends.

Jon
Jon is an extremely well-qualified musician, having earned a First Class Honours degree from The BIMM Institute, a Postgraduate Certificate in Music Education, an MA in Music and a PHD. He’s an experienced teacher, offering both private guitar lessons and classroom Music lessons. His thorough education, vast teaching experience and great attitude make him among the most popular guitar teachers in London. He joined Bruce Music in 2013 and has been teaching our students in East and Central London ever since.
Jon has performed with the seminal Ska group The Specials for The Teenage Cancer Trust and at a number of major venues and events in London, with some particular highlights being The Olympic Park and The Tate Modern.
This year, Jon is busy teaching a student base that’s ever-growing due to his excellent reputation. He’s also active across London as performer and accompanist alike.

James
James is an experienced Guitar teacher and session musician with Distinctions in Guitar Performance at HND and Grade 8 level, before his Degree level study. He has been a performer for many years and has played at some of London’s most notable venues, including the famous Somerset House. He’s a virtuoso guitarist in a wide range of styles, with a wealth of experience teaching students of all ages and ability levels.
James’ approach to lessons is fantastic. He provides a thorough Musical grounding, with fun engaging application. He delivers very well-prepared lesson materials, and the insight and understanding of a busy working professional musician. James is also a fantastic vocalist, having recorded Television advert vocal arrangements and been hired for backing vocal sessions many times.
This year, James is busy with teaching students in North, North West and Central London for Bruce Music, alongside sessions, gigs and studio work.

Pedro
Pedro is an experienced, versatile guitarist who specialises particularly in Flamenco, Metal and Rock. He studied at The Luthier Guitar School in Barcelona and now teaches all over London. As a performer, he has had UK Chart singles and played the main stage at Download Festival with his band BREED77.
His students always note his obvious dedication and his ability to make seemingly complex styles accessible to beginners.
Pedro recently toured the UK in support of the anniversary of his band’s biggest hit album, “Cultura”.
This year sees Pedro expanding his student roster and continuing to write and perform creative Metal and Flamenco Guitar music. Pedro covers North and Central London for Bruce Music.

Ben
Ben is a guitar teacher, performer and composer who joined Bruce Music in 2017.
As a guitar teacher he is particularly keen to introduce creativity into lessons, to build the student’s own voice. He also places great emphasis on providing fun, varied guitar lessons based on learning a student’s favourite songs, and using this as a means of applying the technique and knowledge acquired in the lessons.
Ben’s performing experience has included performing over 50 gigs a year as guitarist and vocalist in a touring covers band, playing live to crowds of around 2,000 regularly. He’s played at all the major festivals with ‘BBC Introducing…” and toured with Catfish & The Bottlemen, Reverend & The Makers, and Peace.
As a composer, Ben’s original work is used for Prime time TV (Made In Chelsea), radio, and in high street shops (Topshop, Harrods)
This year, Ben is providing Guitar lessons in North West London for Bruce Music, and developing a new live music act.
Luke
Luke is a highly accomplished teacher, performer and session guitarist with 15 years experience. He studied at London’s The Institute, and earned an HND with distinction, before progressing to the BMus Degree programme on which he was earned the accolade ‘Best Guitarist’.
Luke is a dedicated teacher whose enthusiastic approach motivates his students to success. His thorough knowledge and clear teaching style ensures the development of all his students. His ability to engage students of all ages is evident in his students’ progression and longevity.
This year sees Luke busy with teaching in South West and Central London for Bruce Music, as well as running 2 successful function bands, with which he regularly performs in the UK and Europe. He’s also playing session guitar for a new London record label and taking on musical theatre work as both musical director and composer.
Neli
Neli is an international Guitarist based in London. Originally from Bulgaria, where she completed her Musical and academic education with Distinctions at every level, she moved to London to take her Guitar studies to Diploma and Degree level, graduating with BMus Honours from London’s The Institute in 2016.
Neli is a notable multi-instrumentalist, having also studied Piano, Vocals and Bass. In addition, a multi-linguist, with fantastic communication and organisation skills. She is an asset to our team in this way. Every student she’s taught with Bruce Music has become a long-term student, who noticeably progresses quickly, and is fully satisfied with their Guitar lessons and Neli’s teaching methods.
Her Songwriting, Session Guitar and Performance experiences have seen her playing all over Europe in all Musical styles, from Rock, to Punk, Metal, Classical, Pop, World and Soul. This has seen her take the stage at venues such as The O2 Islington and Kings Cross’ legendary “The Water Rats”.
A true musician and Music lover, Neli’s spare time is taken up with band management and Record Label project management.
This year, Neli is adding to her intake of students and working hard managing new acts.
Sebastian
Sebastian is a graduate of London’s The Institute, now splitting his time between teaching and performing.
As a guitar teacher, he’s been with us at Bruce Music for around 18 months, covering South, Central and South West London areas. He favours a teaching method in which students learn as many songs as possible, providing application of new techniques as well as keeping students challenged and motivated.
As a performer, Sebastian regularly plays around the UK and Europe with original bands and acoustic duos. He’s also currently the guitarist with the UK’s premier Michael Jackson tribute act.
This year, Sebastian is adding to his student roster and continuing to grow his reputation as a live performer.
Daniel S
Daniel S is a hugely experienced guitarist and a BMus Honours Graduate of London’s primary Degree-level Guitar school, The ICMP. He’s been active in the music industry for over 10 years and alongside his teaching he regularly performs with the Rock band Kody and some busy function bands
As a Guitar teacher, he’s in very high demand due to his personable approach and excellent communication skills. His students note his clearly evident dedication to music and commitment to helping them improve. Daniel always places great emphasis on what the student wants to learn, and his known for his creative ways of helping them achieve their goals.
This year sees Daniel teaching an expanding student base, writing material for his forthcoming solo album and playing live sessions for a variety of popular London acts. Daniel S covers South, South West and Central London for Bruce Music.
Gabor
Gabor is a classical and flamenco guitar specialist, with 15 years experience.
He’s a graduate of the University of Music in Szeged, in his native Hungary, after which he studied classical guitar and baroque guitar at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague.
Since relocating to London in 2008, Gabor has performed regularly in the UK and Europe, both as a soloist, and with ‘early music’ groups, in which he has played Lute and baroque guitar.
He’s an extremely passionate, dedicated teacher, who believes playing guitar should be fun. He tailors his lessons to the student’s age and ability, using his peripatetic Primary school teaching experience to help nurture young children particularly well.
This year, Gabor is providing Guitar lessons in North London of Bruce Music, and developing his great reputation in the world of Classical guitar.</p
